BRUSSELS, Jan 12 (CP) - The International Professional Cycling Teams (IPCT) decided not to exclude Discovery Channel from their group for attracting Ivan Basso. Last month, the IPCT wanted to remove the American Team from their federation, stating that Johan Bruyneel's team did not follow the ProTour regulations, which say that a suspected rider in Operacion Puerto may not be attracted. After the IPCT's meeting in Brussels, Belgium, it was announced that "all involved teams, including Discovery Channel, will deliver DNA-samples of all riders mentioned in the doping case around doctor Fuentes."
