AUSTIN, Jan 24 (CP) - After the announcement of Allan Howard Davis' move to Discovery Channel, it was now revealed that Tyler Farrar will join the American ProTour Team as well.

Farrar rode for the American teams Jelly Belly and Health Net before joining Cofidis in 2006, where he aborted his contract now to return to America.

Before starting his professional career, the 22-year-old American's most notable result is the National Championships Time Trial in 2004.
